Do you manufacture your work tops from templates?
Most kitchens can be fabricated from measurements but if required we will make templates

How long does it take from ordering my granite worktops to having them installed?
If we have the stock available it can be as little as 3 working days, if we have to order in the stock this can take up to a week, however, if we know in advance when the kitchen will be ready for worktops, we will have the stock ready and a fitting date booked, thus reducing the time you are without a kitchen worktop.

Can you price my kitchen from a drawing or plan?
Yes, we provide a detailed estimate based on your plan providing the sizes are clearly marked

What information do you require to give me an estimate?
All we need are the sizes of the kitchen worktops, the colour of the granite or marble and whether you are using an under mounted or over mounted sink. You may also require up stands, back splash for a cooker or window sill.

Do you have after sales support if there are any installation problems?
Yes, we will send our after sales manager to the site to make a report, we will then agree a plan to completely satisfy you and remedy any issues. This will be done with in a week of the installation.

[BILLING]
Do you offer accounts to trade companies?
No, in order to keep our cost low, our terms of payment are full balance on completion.

What thickness is the granite worktop for a kitchen work surface?
The standard thickness of our granite counter top or worktop is 30mm, upstands and back splashes are 20mm thick. sills can be either thickness.
